This design combines the football association of Cuba with one of the nations most famous faces Ernesto "Che" Guevara. Even though he was of Argentine birth he was most notorious for being a major figure of the Cuban Revolution, his stylised visage has become a ubiquitous countercultural symbol of rebellion and global insignia in popular culture. This idea came to us as we wanted to be creative with a football badge design but also keep it simple, so what better way to showcase such an amazing country!
